Getting Started

Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner, choose your role (Job Seeker, Recruiter, Freelancer, or Company), fill in your details, and verify your email address.

We support four profile types: Job Seeker (find employment), Recruiter/HR (hire talent), Freelancer (project-based work), and Company (post jobs and manage hiring).

Go to Edit Profile from your dashboard. Add your skills, experience, education, and upload a profile photo. A complete profile gets 5x more visibility.

Jobs & Applications

Use the Advanced Job Search page to filter by title, location, salary range, experience level, and job type. You can also set up Job Alerts to get notified of new matches.

Visit the job detail page and click "Apply Now". You can attach your resume, write a cover letter, and track your application status from the Application Tracker.

Yes! Click the bookmark icon on any job listing to save it. Access your saved jobs from your dashboard.

The Application Tracker shows all your applications organized by status: Applied, Reviewing, Shortlisted, Interview, Accepted, or Rejected.

Go to Post Job from your recruiter dashboard. Fill in the job title, description, requirements, salary range, and location. Your posting will be live immediately.

Use Talent Search to filter candidates by skills, experience, location, and availability. You can also browse applications from your job postings.

Yes! Use the Interview Scheduler to set up video, phone, or in-person interviews. Candidates receive automatic notifications with the details.

For Freelancers

Companies post projects, and freelancers submit bids with their proposed rate and timeline. Companies review bids and select the best match.

Payments are managed through the platform's wallet system. Funds are released upon project milestone completion or final delivery.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send a secure reset link valid for 1 hour.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, CSRF protection, session hardening, and GDPR compliance. You can request a data export or account deletion from the Privacy page.

Go to Settings > Security and enable 2FA. You'll need an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) to scan the QR code.

Yes. Visit the Privacy & Data page to submit an account deletion request. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Messaging

Visit any user's profile and click "Send Message", or go to Messages from the navigation bar to start a new conversation.

Yes. Open the conversation, click the options menu, and select "Block User". They won't be able to message you anymore.
